This is the Transaction
Processor window. This is where all
items are scanned or keyboard entered. You can also enter line discounts, add line comments, change customer type, delete
items from screen, perform price overrides, and change tax in this screen.

This is the F8 Item Information
window. This gives the cashier basic information about the item
they are selling including a picture. (Requires photos from your
suppliers.)

Now you can sell items by dimensional sizes and it prints on the
invoice. Best of all, you can price items by square foot, united
or perimeter inches and by liquid measure (you enter the dollar amount
and it calculates the gallon age).

Customer Lookup is a breeze. It is your choice, by account number or by
name and you can pick a customer at the end of the transaction and all
the prices will be refreshed so your customer get their pricing.

Digital signature capture at the time of sale means no more storing
invoice paper invoice copies.

The completion of the sale if fast and easy. Your customers can pay by
cash, check, credit or debit card, gift card, or charge the sale to
their account. QuickBooks handles all the accounts receivable customers
and statements and invoices can be printed, emailed, or faxed.
