Many software companies charge maintenance fees and support fees for your
software. These fees usually amount to several hundreds of dollars a month
and thousands of dollars every year.
With J3's License / Support / Maintenance / Upgrade Package, maintenance and
support fees are kept at a minimum because all of our clients run on the same
software version rather than multiple versions of our
product. This guarantees that your software will be the most
up-to-date
version that we produce.
In the J3 Point-of-Sale Maintenance Agreement, you receive all upgrades to the POS
software as part of your support charge. The Maintenance option can be
chosen monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. The fee includes all support on J3's POS Software.
