Maintenance Menu Features:
In the Maintenance Menu, you will find the functions that allow you to
interface with accounting systems, print bin tags from a downloaded file or
maintain the properties of items, users, and transactions.
The Print Tags
function allows you select tags to print manually or to print tags from a file
created using keyboard or wireless devices. Tags can be printed to a laser
printer in sheets or to a thermal printer.
Other Maintenance Menu features include:
Change User Password--Allows users to
change their password
Edit User Database--Allows
management to add, edit, or remove users from the POS system.
Repair Transaction--Allows you to
correct a transactions cost after it has be processed
Receive Stock--Allows you to receive
stock manually for smaller vendors
Adjust Inventory--Allows you to
inventory your store over a few days or weeks with the PSC TopGun data
collection devices
Adjust Price--Allows you to adjust an
item's price and verify shelf pricing using the PSC TopGun data collection
device
Manage Check/Credit Card Log--Allows
you to edit or enter customer information for check and credit card verification
Purge Price Override Log--Allows you
to purge items in the Price Override Log Report
Purge No Sale Log--Allows you to purge
no sale transactions found in the No Sale Report
Purge New UPC Log--Allows you to purge
new UPC codes found in the New UPC Log Report
